Overview

AuditBoard is a SaaS technology company that provides cloud-based enterprise audit management software. The following works display my contribution to the brand and visual design solutions rooted in a user experience design principle.

Design Contributions

My goal as a designer at Auditboard is to enhance the overall experiences of the customers through visual solutions rooted in user-centered design principles.

Product Overview

Business Objective

Following the contents of the company value and social approval sections, this product feature area needed to enhance website visitors to call for an action to learn more about the Auditboard cloud solutions.

UX Objective

The challenge was to inform a user that the four featured products are separate modules while they can be integrated into each other.

Product Platform

The four stages of the product mock-ups below illustrate how a user can view all products without scrolling down or clicking through each button. The features appear automatically in a clockwise rotation, while a user can also access product overview by hovering a cursor over four quadrants.

Solution

After rounds of wireframe and color mock-ups, the finalized visual solution communicates the idea of multiple product integration without a user clicking through each button to view the dashboards as with the previous website.

EVENT

Audit Leadership Summit

Business Objective

The multiple city events were planned to generate a marketing pipeline in Q1 through providing networking, education, and awareness to prospects. The event will entail setting venues in 10-11 different cities, including out of the state-city such as Toronto. The ultimate business goal was to create schedule demonstrations of the AuditBoard products to new prospects.

UX Objective

The overall goal was to create a strategy that brings great excitement to current customers while attracting new prospects to sign-up for the event. The design challenge then was figuring out injecting delightfulness into the Audit Industry meetings while maintaining professional consistency in AuditBoard brand, visuals, and messages.

Selected Visual Direction

The theme of integrated quilt patterns and geometric shapes of the road was chosen for the look and feel of the campaign.

Product Advertising

Business Objective

The business aim for creating campaigns was to generate both in-bound and out-bound sales through various stages of a marketing strategy such as content marketing, retargeting, social, email, and lead nurturing.

UX Objective

The marketing assets were designed to help auditors connect the idea of using AuditBoard products to happiness in auditing.
